Assistant Coordinator   

The Downtown Dundas Business Improvement Area is hiring for the role of full time Assistant Coordinator, 35 hours per week for 10 weeks. This job is suitable for applicants considering a career in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Urban Studies, Business Programs, and various Art Programs.


  • Applicants must meet Canada summer job qualifications
  • Be between 15 and 30 years of age
  • Be a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act2
  • Be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial legislation and regulation


  • Assist the coordinator with administration, marketing projects and social media
  • Attend meetings
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of materials
  • Additional tasks as required
