During my childhood I fell in love with baking and creating memory lasting desserts. In 2015 I graduated from Niagara Colleges Baking and Pastry program. Not soon after, I was employed by a local Artisan Chocolate Shoppe where I ended up falling in love with the art of chocolate making. While working there I did my Professional chocolatier course through Ecole Chocolat graduating in 2018. Once the owner of the shop decided to retire in 2023 I knew it was time to create my own legacy.

That's where Genesis Chocolate Company began.
