90 years ago during the depths of the Great Depression, the Hamilton Chamber created Hamilton Day – a one day shopping event designed to boost spirits and inject much needed dollars into our local economy. While it was only one day, its success became symbolic of a rallying spirit in the face of adversity.

On Saturday, November 20, Hamilton Day returns to support small and local businesses in the COVID era. This will be a one-day event for all Hamiltonians to reignite community pride, and inject much needed dollars and support to businesses across the city. Hamilton Day is not a festival-style event, but an opportunity to support and shop local in a safe manner.
